You can contact us through any of the options above. At certain times it might be very busy on the telephone line. As an alternative to calling us, you can also send us a mail via the Contact form-link above. We will then either contact you per phone or answer you via e-mail.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Information that you provide us will not be forwarded and is only available for people connected to us. You can at any time ask that the information is deleted. In conjunction with your order, you will automatically give consent to us using and saving your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations towards you. We also document any communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to be able to offer the service you expect from us.
SECURE PAYMENT
Who can shop online?
You have to be minimum 15 years old in order to use our online shopping service. If you are under 15 years old, you will have to get someone with valid access to order for you. If you wish to get credit from us, you need to be over 18 years old.
Safe purchasing
Our goal is to offer absolute security for sales online, handling of privacy information and payment. We have therefore adapted our business routines to the requirements for safe online trading from the Norwegian government, through "Distansehandel Norge".
Payment
Your account will be debited with the corresponding order value when your package is sent from us.
Norwegian VAT of 25% is included in all pricing. No other fees than what you see in the payment overview will be debited upon purchase.
All our pricing is in Norwegian kroner.
DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery time
Most of the items you see in our online shop are available from stock. Normally, these will be packed and sent out the first working day after we have received your order. The shipment normally takes 2-4 working days.
Freight and fees
All our shipments are done with the Bring service or Postnord
If we can't deliver your whole order complete, we will contact you regarding any partial delivery.
Unclaimed packages
The pick-up time for packages sent from us is two weeks. If it is not picked-up within that time, it will automatically be sent back to us. You will in that case be registered with a remark in our customer database, which means you can't place a new order with us. To release this blocking, you will need to contact us directly.
When you have ordered the goods, you will get a first pick-up message from Bring. If you then do not pick-up the package, you will get a reminder. If you still do not pick-up the package after a reminder, we will invoices you the cost of shipment, cost of return shipment and an extra handling fee.
Return of goods – Right of withdrawal
With the exception of specially ordered goods, you have 14 days right of withdrawal on your purchase in our online store. You will have to cover the return shipment if you use this right of withdrawal. If you have received wrong items or defected items, we will send you a replacement without extra cost for you.
Goods that are customized or included in a special order will not be valid for return. Please do not send us return items for collection. These will not be picked-up by us.
Deadline for complaints
1. Wrong delivery
If you receive a defect or wrong product, please contact us on e-mail or phone. You should contact us as early as possible and not later than 1 month after delivery.
After we have received your claim, you will get an answer with instructions on how the items should be returned.
2. Defects during warranty
We guarantee that the items you have ordrered are free from manufacturing defects for 2 years, or during warranty period for the product (from delivery). If you experience defects with your product during the warranty period, you can contact us on e-mail or phone. Customer service will provide you with information on how you should handle your claim registration further.
3. Claims
A notification about defects must be registered within reasonable time from when you noticed or should have noticed the defect.
In the case of any disputes, we follow the Consumer Council's guidelines for claims & returns.
